How far is too far, how far can you succeed? What is the limit of success? The wonderful thing about success is that you place its boundaries, and you set its value. Success on its own has no boundaries and has no limit. Every manager is responsible for how far and high he can take his company’s profit margin.
The only factor that hinders success is YOU! You might ask how possible. Every man wants to achieve success beyond measure. That’s true but these factors determine how far you go in business.

The decision you make, the partners you keep, the people you work with, above all YOUR MIND.

The decision you make

The decision you make can affect the success growth of your business in 3 ways.

(1) Takes it to greater heights (2) Keeps it stagnant (3) Crashes the entire business. This is the critical part of the day to day running of business. Think twice before you make a decision; make sure you are in the right frame of mind. Be slow to judge, review your proposals over and over before they are sent. In situations where you are required to make decisions fast, consult other professionals. If there is no time for consultation, keep calm, access the situation, believe in yourself and make the decision. If you don ’t believe in yourself, step down temporarily and let someone else capable to take over. That’s a decision.

The Partners you keep

Bad, wayward and dubious partners, puts your company / business reputation at stake. What kind of partners do you transact with? What companies are listed on your official website as partners? Do you know these companies/people well enough or you simply just do business with them. Well, other people, companies, organizations know them as well, and whatever impression thought about them affects your company either positively or negatively. Research the activities of the companies listed as your business partners before being proud of them as people you work with.

The people you work with.

Are your employees working with you or for you? Staffs with the mind of working “for” you are doing what is required to earn their pay slips and bonuses. Employees working “with” you see beyond the salaries and bonuses, they see far into the future of the company, and do what is required to expand and take the company to greater heights. The more people you have working with you on your team, the more successful you’ll become. Discard all employees working only for the benefits of their pocket and employ more with the attitude of growth.

YOUR MIND

This is the principal factor that affects what you’ll ever become, this is what places limit to how far you’ll go, it’s what reflects what the world sees outside, your believes , courage, faith, attitude, power, competency, everything about YOUR MIND is YOU.
Dream big dreams, be optimistic, accept only positive thoughts and discard all forms of negativity. Accept failure as a step to success and learn from your faults and mistakes. Believe in yourself and engage in activities that build the mind positively
